Why couldn't you use the FPA? FPA is not a Joomla extension - just upload the file and run it in your browser (read the instructions).
The site owner needs to upload the FPA run it, and provide the information on this forum (via yourself). Sorry I thought you said you were managing the site on behalf of that customer. The output of the report can be copied into for instance a text editor, emailed to you, then you can copy and paste the resulting BBCode into a reply on the forum here.
