Does the error occur only when you try to install the Nicepage extension? Does the website still work after the failed installation attempt?
The size of the Nicepage extension is around 17MB. Are the upload and POST limits of the web server sufficient for the installation of a large extension? Recommend both to be 64MB in the php.ini file.
In case the installation has completed, is the Joomla plugin Behaviour - Backward Compatibility turned off, by any chance? Nicepage 6.21.3 requires the Compatibility plugin to be turned on in Joomla 5.
