As you have J3 and J4 templates showing it would suggest that your upgrade failed and it will have corrupted the database. If you have a backup use it to restore your site,however you must remove all files from your joomla root folder and then empty the database, now you can restore your backup . If you do not have a backup contact your host and ask them to restore the site to a date before you tried to update.
