Security in Joomla! 3.x • Template index.php had malware

Hi,
We still have an old J3 site. We are running Adwords campaigns. The last Ad was rejected due to malware. We cleaned the template index file from this malware JavaScript.
The site is completely clean now, we used different scanners.
But Google is still rejecting our Ad. Any ideas on how to solve this?
Contacting Google doesn't work! No answer.
