Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • 404 View not found [name, type, prefix]: checkout, html, site

After J4 migration, I have this problem when checking out using J2Store EasyCheckout.

They claim everything is fine on their side, and the problem may lie with .htaccess.
I can see if I write manually the address:
https://prova2.iconelegno.it/index.php? ... sycheckout
it works fine as they claim.
But in the live website it redirects to:
https://prova2.iconelegno.it/en/?view=checkout
why?
I have not done anything special on .htaccess it is the same as the live website (www.iconelegno.it) that works fine.
