Administration Joomla! 4.x • Unable to login to administrator console

I have a problem with Joomla 4.
I am developing the site locally on my PC. The site is accessible and navigable but I can't access to the administrator console.
When I log in, if I enter the username and password, when I press the login button, the login mask is cleared without any error appearing.
The same thing happens if I enter a non-existent user or if I intentionally enter the wrong password.
I have Fedora 39 and Joomla 4.4.6, PHP 8.0.30 and MySQL Community Server version: 8.0.39.
I can't find any log files that can help me to identify the error.
Can you help me?
