Unfortunatley mediadb to 10.4 version was not possible to be upgrade, error related to something code like yum, appeared.
I had to installed temporarily joomla 3.x as nor j4 nether j5 could be installed.

You can enable it in the cPanel itself by using PHP configuration.I didnt find those php modules on whm and cpanel configurations
