I was recently asked to manage a website, whose previous editor sadly passed away. He made sure to provide us with access to an adminstrator account associated with the website, but that account unfortunately has no SuperUser rights. Therefore, when I try to migrate to Joomla 4.x (or, basically, perform any other action that requires SuperUser rights) I am met with the error 403: You are not authorized to view this resource. Could you please provide assistance? Are there any alternatives? Thank you in advance.
