There's a whole host of problems.
- LiveSite: Is Not Empty - remove the value from "Live Site" (edit the configuration.php in a text editor)
- Database Configuration :: Connection Error: User Privileges : Unknown (check your database user name and database name details)
- PHP Supports J! 3.9.25: No | (drop the PHP version to something lower e.g. PHP 7.4.x Joomla 3.9.25 may not run on PHP 8.1)
- Database Supports J! 3.9.25: Unknown (it seems like J 3.9.25 doesn't like MySQL 8).
- PHP Version: 8.1.29 (Joomla 3.9.25 doesn't seem to run correctly on PHP 8.1 Drop PHP version to 7.4.x)
- PHP 8.1 released November 2021, your Joomla version 3.9.25 released March 2021 released almost 10 months earlier.
- MYSQL 8.1.29 (?) released June 2023 so it probably wont work with Joomla 3.9.25 released four years earlier.
