All messages appear for less than a second. It sounds like a template problem, but happy to be guided by you. Who should I speak to? Is this something that can be resolved quite easily?What happens if you try to login and enter incorrect information into the login form? Does the message "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet" stay in the system message area or does that only flash there and then disappear? If the same happens to all system messages, you need to speak to the developer of the template.
