Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • Re: Migrating from J3.10.12 to J4.4.9

I uploaded the existing jpa and Kickstart.

I deleted all the files. I could not delete the database as there was no DROP option in phpmyadmin. So I renamed it. I created a new database, but it had no tables in it so there is no table prefix.
Then I started the restore with Kickstart, not from within Joomla. It didn't work because it couldn't connect to the database.

By the way, the FPA won't work on the restored site because it is J3.10.12. If there is an FPA that runs on J3 I don't know where it is.
