I believe those button labels could have been fixed with using Language Overrides. If that doesn't work - restore your site with your backup. (Please don't say you didn't make a backup before making major modifications such has installing extensions).
Question: Why are you using J3 which is essentially on its last legs (Long Term Support (paid) ends in Feb 2025 as far as I'm aware). My advice is update to J5 or J4 at minimum (even J4 has entered the security-updates-only cycle which ends in 12 months).
Another Question: why do you need ChronoMyAdmin? If you need to manipulate the database, use phpMyAdmin on your web server Installed by your web hosting company.
