Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • Upgrade from 3.7 to 4.0

I have tried multiple solutions that I have found in this forum and I can't find the solution, this is the situation

I have a site in Joomla 3.7 in Godaddy but they updated to php 8.0 and my site broke so now I made the decision to migrate it to another hosting where there is access to php 5.4 however it didn't work either

So I decided to update to Joomla 4.0 it is worth mentioning that I don't have access to the administrator because it doesn't give me access

I ran the FPA and this is what it showed
