Extensions for Joomla! 5.x • Looking for classified system.

I am looking for a classified component that has the following characteristics:

• Free listing of your product and certain charges for promotion and use of bold text.

• Another feature that I am looking for is for example: A person publishes the sale of his house. Whoever is interested in knowing the phone number/data of the seller must pay a fee.

Does anyone know of any component with these characteristics?
I have seen some, but not with the characteristics described above.

I'M SURE there are some in WordPress, but I'm reluctant to move there.
