General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • No Edit-State-Own In Joomla! 5?

I need users to be able to change categories of articles that they have already created (say they made a mistake and put it in the wrong category). If the user group is allowed Edit-State permissions they can do this but can also do the same for articles they did not create (other users articles).

I remember this was an issue back in Joomla! 3 as well:

Is there still no way to get around this in Joomla! 5?
